Flesh Lily: Cave Route, Hua and Yu’er Handover

Follow the Sha-Chi Tower bell route, find Twinned Flesh Lillies after Hua, and distinguish Yu’er’s handover from the rest of her questline.

What this guide covers

Yu’er asks for a Flesh Lily to help her father. PC Gamer describes an early quest that requires progress through several areas and bosses before you can finish this stage. This is a reported route, not our own playtest.

Quest start versus collection route

The collection route begins at Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor bell after reaching the outpost and defeating Peng Meng. The article does not identify the exact bell or dialogue where Yu’er first gives the quest; do not confuse these two starting points.

1 · Climb and circle the tower

From Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor bell, climb the stairs and circle the tower to the right. This is the route toward the cave beneath Sha-Chi Tower, not a direction to climb to the summit.

2 · Drop into the flower cave

Drop through the hole behind the tower, slide down the long wooden slope and enter the cave of red spider lilies. Turn left and go uphill to the flower-covered clearing above.

3 · Hua encounter · spoilers

Entering the clearing triggers a cutscene and the fight with Hua, Deadly Betrothed. Defeat her to obtain Scarlet Wraithblade. The flower pickup is a separate step after the battle, not the weapon reward itself.

4 · Search the corpse · spoilers

After the fight, search the body beside the pavilion where Hua stood at the start. Pick up Twinned Flesh Lillies there; it is not an automatic flower reward. Lillies preserves the source spelling, while Lilies is also searchable here.

5 · Return to Yu’er · spoilers

5 · Return to Yu’er · spoilers

After defeating Peng Meng, find Yu’er beside Forge at the outpost and hand over the flowers. This completes this stage of the quest. She gives you one flower back as a keepsake; that does not mean her entire storyline has ended.

6 · Later meeting · spoilers

6 · Later meeting · spoilers

You meet Yu’er again at Thieves Camp in Crimson Forest, where her storyline continues. The location article does not provide the full later quest route, a deadline or recovery instructions for missed events.

Do not confuse the three herbs with the lilies

PCGamesN separately covers Blood Stopper Vine, Congealeaf and Blemish Goldweed for Yu’er. These are not Twinned Flesh Lillies. The two articles do not establish herb delivery as a mandatory prerequisite for the lily route or identify a precise shared journal sequence.

The Healer’s Legacy is a longer chain

The trophy checklist links The Healer’s Legacy to Flesh Lily, Apprentice Healer and A Healer’s Mercy. Completing this flower handover alone is not confirmed to unlock the trophy. Check the trophy entry below for its source and requirements; the flower-location articles do not establish the full Apprentice Healer and A Healer’s Mercy routes.

According to PC Gamer, defeating Hua, Deadly Betrothed awards Scarlet Wraithblade. Search the corpse beside the pavilion where Hua stood at the start of the fight to pick up Twinned Flesh Lillies; the flowers are a separate pickup, not an automatic battle reward.
